1. When the kit is taken out from the refrigerated environment, it can be used only after it is balanced at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. If it is not used up after the enzyme label coating plate is opened, the strip shall be put into a sealed bag for storage. The sample should also be balanced at room temperature for 60 minutes before use.

2. The concentrated washing solution may be crystallized and precipitated. When diluted, it can be heated in the water bath to help dissolve, and the result will not be affected during washing.

3. The sample feeder shall be used for each step of sample adding, and its accuracy shall be checked frequently to avoid test error. It is best to control the time of one-time sample adding within 5 minutes. If there are a large number of samples, it is recommended to use row gun for sample adding.

4. Please make a standard curve at the same time of each measurement, and it is best to make a double hole. If the content of the substance to be tested in the sample is too high (the OD value of the sample is greater than the OD value of the first hole of the standard hole), please dilute it with the sample diluent for a certain multiple (n times) before determination. When calculating, please multiply it by the total dilution multiple（ × n × 5）。

5. The sealing film can only be used once to avoid cross contamination.
